This summer, soak up some Shakespeare in the Garden with Fuller's at The Ivy House.
We are delighted to welcome back Open Bar this summer with their fantastic production of Shakespeare's "The Tempest”.
Dive into a world of enchantment and intrigue as Prospero, a powerful sorcerer, conjures storms and navigates revenge on a remote island. Join him on a journey of forgiveness, love, and discovery. What's Shakespeare in the Garden?
Shakespeare in the Garden brings classic Shakespeare plays to your favourite local, all brought to you by Open Bar Theatre. Experience Shakespeare as it was intended, interactive, informal and in the surroundings of a beautiful pub garden with a glass of beer or wine in hand. Whether this will be your first night of Shakespeare or you are a lifelong fan of the bard, you are sure to not be disappointed with this spectacular performance promising an evening of romance, theatre and plenty of humour.

Open Mic Night
Open Mic Nights at the Ivy House are the place to be, if you're a musician or singer, or just want to hear some great live music. Our Open Mic has a warm, supportive atmosphere, where musicians – regardless of their ability or experience – can showcase their talents. Just ask for Paul when you arrive and he'll make sure you get a chance to play or sing.
All musicians, singers, duos and trios are welcome – although we do have a focus on stripped down live musicianship, and cannot accommodate a full band or drum kit, due to lack of space.
